HayatLink EMS Privacy Policy

HayatLink EMS is a tele-emergency medical service provided by the Iraqi Telemedicine Center. This app is used by EMS teams to connect patients with physicians through secure video and audio calls.

• Camera and microphone: The app uses your device’s camera and microphone only to create live video and audio calls between EMS staff and physicians. We do not access the camera or microphone outside of a call.

HayatLink EMS is used by EMS professionals and physicians. Any information about patients, including children, is handled by medical professionals according to applicable medical-ethics standards and local regulations.
